Booking, Purchase & Cancellation Agreement

By booking a consultation, purchasing a product, program, course, digital resource, or any other offering provided by Fox Crew Edu, HeyFoxyJ, Fox & Rose Salon, and/or Tori Bay Area, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Product & Program Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our products, courses, programs, templates, downloads, and educational materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once access has been granted, materials have been delivered, or the product has been downloaded, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be provided.

Consultation Bookings

Consultation appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please ensure you attend your scheduled session on time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Consultation appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session time.

Each booking includes up to two (2) reschedules, provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given. Any additional reschedule requests beyond the second reschedule will be treated as a cancellation and may be subject to the cancellation or no-show fee outlined in this agreement.

If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you understand and agree that the full consultation fee may be charged, as the reserved time slot is unlikely to be filled on short notice.

Changes Initiated by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule to a new appointment time or receive a full refund. No cancellation or rescheduling fees will be charged to you in these circumstances.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in the full session fee being charged.

Payment Authorization

By completing your purchase or booking, you authorize us to process payments related to your order, booking, and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees described in this agreement, in accordance with applicable payment processor requirements.

Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acknowledgment box and completing your purchase or booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking, Purchase & Cancellation Agreement.
